Birthday cake for you

Here's Alex's Birthday cake. I had to cover it because Juliet was determined to poke her fingers into it.

We also had a big dinner of bacon cheese burgers and spiced fries. MMMM MMMMMM MMMMMM!

Alex "crash that car" Wallis

Alex's first time driving a stick (in the driveway) resulted in slight damage to both our cars today. This was Allen's face when he saw the damage....

In the end we reminded Alex that this was why no youngster should ever have a nice car. It can happen in the safest, slowest of circumstances (a circle driveway with one other car in the vicinity) lol.

Happy Birthday Alex......you now owe us babysitting services indefinitely. :)

Soooo yeahhhhhh......

A few hours later I went to check on the chicken.....hmmmm something is amiss.
Allen asks: Did you turn it on?
Me: YES......but I may have forgotten to plug it in, HAHAHAHAHA.

I scooped it into a pan and baked it in the oven for awhile. While it still did not look like the picture, it tasted pretty darn good.

I rate it three and a half chickens.

Orange Chicken

I decided to try a crock pot Orange Chicken recipe found on Pinterest.

Hmmm, it did not look the way it did in the picture online......hope it tastes better than it looks.

BFF's

Juliet and Emma made name cookies. I didn't even realize till Allen pointed it out that the J in Juliet was reversed. (It still tasted yummy! ;)
