Rainy Saturday

It was a rainy day out yesterday so Juliet and I decided to head out for some indoor fun.

First it was lunch together at the Mexican restaurant. Then it was off to the movie theater to watch Big Hero 6 (where she insisted on playing her favorite dinosaur video game). Finally, we stopped at Walmart to grab a few things and go through the Christmas isles where everything is SO SPARKLY!!!!

Tulip had a s'mores party the other night with some other toys after we went to sleep.

Snow Dog

There is a slight dusting of snow out but not even sticking. We decided to take Leia out for a walk.
She did great in he leash but after awhile it was just too cold for her. Juliet got her all bundled up and warmed her by the fire when we got in.

Rainy Day Cowgirl

Tulip is back!

Our cute Elf Tulip is back for the season. Each morning we find her here and there keeping an eye on Juliet, reminding her to be good.

This morning Juliet found her in a candle jar holding a marker. She had drawn some little Christmas drawings for Juliet which she promptly cut up a bit and put into a special pouch for safe keeping.

I can't wait to see all the fun things Tulip has in store for us this season!

S'mores

Last night it got really cold out with sleet and small hail. We decided to get the fire going and roast up some marshmallows for s'mores. Yummy!

Early Morning

Juliet woke me up at 3:30am due to a bad dream, then the puppy woke me up at 4:45. Needless to say, I'm dragging today.

But don't they look so cute here snuggling up together while I start the coffee.
