Snow Day #4

The snow was finally sticky enough to make a snow man so Juliet and I headed out.

After we finished she declared, "HIS NAME IS FROSTY"! She was very happy with him :)

Very messy but Juliet really enjoyed eating snow with hot cocoa powder (anyone else remember doing that as a kid but with Tang?)

The snow has stopped for now and we measured it at 8 1/2 inches, very fine and fluffy powder.

Checking on the goats, playing with snow cat, trying to make a snow angel but Jabba kept wanting to play and finally watching all the birds that were gathering to eat some of the animal feed.

Jabba had a blast in the snow and Juliet was fascinated with the icicles.

Juliet is very excited about the snow. She had a great time walking around in it and playing with the animals.

Um, yeah....

Everyone around here has been freaking out about the upcoming possible ice storm. We've taken a few precautions but for the most part I couldn't figure out why everyone was getting so worked up. I've been checking the weather on my phone and it says it's not gonna be that cold.....

Tonight I realized I had been looking at the weather where my parents live......in Las Vegas! I scroll back to where I live. Um, there is a 9 and a 3 in there over the next few days! So feel free to get worked up people, I'm with ya now, it gonna be COLD!
