Apple pie cookies!

I decided to make apple pie cookies again for a bake sale tomorrow morning. This time instead of round I decided to see if square might work better. They turned out pretty nice but I think I like the look of the round ones better.

While waiting for them to finish baking I decided to make mini-apple pies in muffin tins. They don't look as pretty as I would have liked but they taste great. Pretty excited that everything turned out :). I can't wait to have one with coffee in the morning!!!
