Recently we purchased a whole hog from an acquaintance. Said hog was then taken to the butcher and today we got the call that everything. Was ready for pick up.
Porkchops
Pork steaks
Ribs
Roasts
Sausage....so much sausage!
Round ham slices
A HUGE HAM-the biggest ham I've EVER seen.
Bacon-not nearly enough bacon (you can never have enough bacon)
And so much more.
I'll try to post pics, but we are so looking forward to trying the fresh meat.
Next, I'd love to buy 1/2 a cow! Fresh beef.....mmmmmm.
