Ham Steak

Tonight I decided to bust out one of the cured ham steaks we got from the whole hog we recently purchased and picked up from the butcher. These are huge and are supposed to be the best cut from the ham. Yuuummmm!

Ham steaks and scalloped potatoes tonight and tomorrow, ham sandwiches on ciabatta bread. Win win win win.
