Splinter!

The other night Juliet mentioned that her toe hurt and she may have a splinter. This kid is not afraid of much, but splinters-not her thing. Usually she gets so worked up she requires a visit from the "Splinter Fairy" who comes in the middle of the night and painlessly removes the splinter.

However, this one looked deep and angry and we didn't think the splinter fairy could pull this one off.

Next step- a few spoonfuls of icing and a few mouthful squirts of whipped cream used as a distraction while Daddy worked on her toe.
