Then just a moment ago I look over and this is what I see.......
Including these two, that makes 9 chicks in a row that we've successfully hatched out.
There's one more left in the incubator. If it hatches, that makes 10 and the last one for the season. Now we will just get these little guys fattened up and once big enough, into the big coop where they'll hang out for the winter and come spring we should start getting more eggs.
I shall call you two, Thing 1 and Thing 2. (Star Wars names are hard with chickens, so we'll see what Juliet and Allen say when they get home :)
