We have yet to actually try the milk, so far we've just been freezing it to try projects in the winter when it'll be too cold to go outside. We're thinking of goat soap, goat cheese, goat yogurt. Should be a lot of fun, but we've got to get all the milk we can before Ani weans and we decide to let her dry up for fall.
