Angel in my kitchen

Today I attempted to bake a angel food cake from scratch. I didn't have a good mixer so Allen got me a nice one that arrived yesterday and made all the mixing a breeze.

I don't own a angel food cake pan and decided to try using a bundt cake pan. I was worried but it ended up working pretty well.

Final result....YUUUUUUMY!!!
